Please Log inWhile most of the world has learned to live with COVID, folks from Hong Kong (including us!) will still have to go through rounds of testing and a 7 day quarantine before returning home. We also have a few little ones who are too young to be vaccinated and a number of elderly attending as well.
We therefore kindly request that all guests (over the age of 2) take a RAT test on each day before attending the wedding events. Test kits will be handed out at the reception desk upon check-in.
We will not require guests to wear masks at our wedding events. However, if you do feel more comfortable with a mask, we will have masks that match our wedding colours, which our wedding party will have on-hand to pass to you.
We have arranged an e-biking tour for some of you guys to explore the scenic Empordà countryside on an electric bike and visit the medieval village of Peratallada and the hobbit holes Ullastret and Canapost. The total biking time is around 1.5 hours, but there will be frequent stops, and you'll have fun with electric assist! You will have some free time at Peratallada to grab a quick bite before biking back to the Castell.
Child seats are available for children ages 1 to 4, and helmets will be provided. Please remember to bring water and sun protection!
There are 30 e-bikes available, so first come first serve :) If you have signed up for the tour and change your mind later, please let us know as soon as possible so we can give your spot to our other guests on the waitlist.
Witness us say ‘I dooodledoodle doooo ’ at the Olive Grove against the backdrop of the charming Catalonian scenery, followed by aperitifs and nibbles at the Tres Margarit Pool Terrace.
Garden Party / Cocktail
Click image for what this might actually mean. It's going to be a bit toasty, so ties are optional! And the pastel colours? Also optional. We couldn't find a better picture, that's all.
Ladies, the ceremony will be on grass, so we recommend wearing thicker heeled shoes.
*If you have any allergies, please let us know by answering the RSVP questions.*
Sit down for a splendiferous meal and more merrymaking at the Pergola.
After dinner, let your hair down and loosen up those shirts as we head over to the Napoleon Terrace and the Lounge-bar La Cova del Drac to continue the celebrations. We'll do nothing but drink, dance, and romance the night away. For sure this will be where most memories are made... or lost.
As is the norm in Spain, there is no end time to a party, so remember to wear comfortable shoes!
We plan on staying an additional 3 nights (from July 6th to 9th) at the Castell d'Emporda wedding venue to chill and explore all the gems that the Costa Brava region has to offer. If you have time after the wedding to spare, we would love to spend some extra time with you.
Let us know if you're down to stay an extra few days to hang out!
Although we'd love for you to join us during this time, there's certainly no pressure if you cannot.
The Castell venue has arranged the same wedding rates for extra nights stay, which are discounted from the rates available on their website or via other travel booking sites.
If you'd like to stay extra nights before or after our wedding, please email us with the dates you'd like to stay, and we will help book you in!
